SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in various heat exchangers. Heat exchanging surface, containing located in line or staggered order, in parallel rows main "separation-free" recesses, wherein in plane recesses are made diffuser shaped in heat carrier main flow movement direction with rounded internal corners, in plane of their meridian section recesses bottom part is formed by two smoothly connecting to each other inlet and outlet sections, inlet section has shape of diffuser and connected by rounding with recess inlet edge along its perimeter, converging shaped outlet section is connected by rounding with recess outlet edge along its perimeter. Besides, between main "separation-free" recesses differently shaped additional "separation-free" or "detached" recesses are arranged.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of heat exchanging device dimensions and increasing of cooling system efficiency.
