FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering: heat exchangers, cooling systems for turbine blades of industrial gas turbine units (GTU) and aviation gas turbine engines (GTE). A heat exchange surface having on its surface recesses with variable depth and width, in each of which an edge is made, located along the main flow and forming two diffuser cavities, , double V-shaped wells with a V-shaped hemispherical protrusion between them are used as recesses, including V-shaped wells with branches located at an angle of 90° to each other, sunk into half the diameter of the wells D, a second well and a V-shaped hemispherical protrusion with a height of 0.5 D, separating these holes is added to each of them, the angle between the axis of symmetry of the holes and the straight line, passing through the tops of the branches of the wells and the protrusion, is 60 degrees, double V-shaped wells with a V-shaped hemispherical protrusion between them are arranged with increments of 5.5 D in the longitudinal direction and 8.75 D in the transverse direction.
EFFECT: increased heat transfer from the heat exchange surface, increased cooling efficiency of heat-stressed elements, increased their service life, and simplification of the manufacturing technology.
