FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, namely to device and method for automatic analysis of biological samples, providing performance of all required operations for analyzing of biological samples in real time. Device for automatic analysis of biological samples comprises housing with opening part, formed to open specified zone, support plate, arranged to move in housing, part for cleansing with arranged on plate removable multiwell tablet set, in which holes form rows from first to N-th; part for amplification of nucleic acid for amplification of target nucleic acid, purified by means of part for cleansing; part for electrophoresis with arranged on plate detachable electrophoresis bearing structure to check and analyze size of amplified product; moving part for moving of groups of droppers across length and height of housing and to control operation of fastener and control part, configured to control operation of parts for cleansing, part for amplification of nucleic acid, part for electrophoresis and moving part. In method of automatic analysis of biological samples all procedures are performed using device for automatic analysis of biological samples in claim. 1.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides expansion of technological capabilities due to automatic control in real time by one device during whole process of purification of nucleic acid, performing polymerase chain reaction (PCR), PCR with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) and high accuracy and efficiency of analysis with simultaneous prevention of false-positive results.
