SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a centrifuge and methods for centrifuging a block of reaction cells. Centrifuge for cleaning a block of reaction cells contains a rotor for holding at least one block of reaction cells having at least one outwardly directed opening, a motor for rotating the rotor around the axis of rotation; and a housing having a substantially cylindrical inner surface in which a drainage channel is formed to drain the fluid displaced from the block of reaction cells. Gap is made between the inner surface and the rotor, so that as a result of the rotation of the rotor, a stream of air is created which drives the displaced fluid along the inner surface to the drainage channel. According to the method of centrifuging a block of reaction cells, a centrifuge of the above structure is used, the block of reaction cells is placed in a rotor in such a way that the opening of the reaction cell is radially outward to empty it, and the rotor is driven back and forth to shake the block of reaction cells. Block of reaction cells contains at least one reaction cell having an opening. Method of conducting a parallel study through gel separation, such as determining blood group, using a microtiter plate containing a series of reaction cells arranged in a two-dimensional matrix, in which a centrifuge of the above design is used, is used as a block of the following design, which includes: setting the test material and reagents in the reaction cells on the gel filler contained in the reaction cells, performing centrifugation of a microtiter plate and optical detection of the reaction cells. Method of analysis using magnetic microcarriers, in which a centrifuge of the above construction is used, comprises the following steps, in which a protective cavity is placed in a reaction cell containing magnetic microcarriers in a test liquid, then a magnetic rod is placed in a protective cavity to bind magnetic microcarriers with magnetic forces on the protrusion of the back side of the protective cavity, then the core is removed along with the protective cavity and the associated magnetic microcarriers, the magnetic core is placed and a protective cavity with bound magnetic microcarriers into an empty reaction cell, centrifuging of a magnetic rod and a protective cavity with bound magnetic microcarriers in an empty reaction cell to remove residual test liquid and the magnetic core and the protective cavity with the associated magnetic microcarriers is placed into the next reaction cell containing the test liquid, reagents or buffer solution. Method of analysis using a rod system, in which a centrifuge of the above structure is used, comprises the following steps: rod is coated with antibodies or antigens, the rod is placed using a pipette tip into the reaction cell containing the test liquid, rod is moved to an empty reaction cell, the rod and the reaction cell is centrifuged to remove residual sample liquid is performed and the rod is moved to the next reaction cell containing the test liquid, reagents or buffer solution.
EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is an increase in the efficiency of phase separation and the elimination of evaporation of water volumes from the reaction cells.
