FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a retractable device (can be mounted in buildings and structures) to move carriages on it (especially for invalids with crutches - the mobile groups of the population with limited mobility - with reduced mobility - MGP), medical and construction stretchers, wheelbarrows and carts, a variety of heavy and / or oversized cargoes (for example, furniture) on stair flights and inclinations with uneven height difference. The retractable ramp of domestic and evacuation purposes consists of two boards - a root one and additional. The plates are pivotally interconnected to each other with the rear surfaces in the folded parking position in the plane with their back surfaces equally situated from the edges of the stair flights in their unfolded state of the ramp. There are means of increasing the coefficient of friction and cohesion of the upper plate, working surfaces of the said plates in the unfolded state of the ramp. The root plate is hinged with the side outer edge to the body fixed with respect to a stairs flight along the latter. The handrails on the racks are attached to the outer edge of the root plate. There are means for fixing the ramp in the space in the folded and unfolded states. The plates are joined to each other in parallel, with the location of their hinge connection at low position referring to, in the unfolded state of the ramp, the side edges of the plates and at the longitudinally oriented hinge axis - parallel to the handrail and along the stairway, with the possibility of plates to abut by their sides adjacent faces to each other. Racks are provided with handrails on the outside edges of both plates, with the hinge direct or indirect connection to the longitudinal beam at their upper edges. The length of each rack together with the height of the handrail meets the ergonomic requirements for the height of the handrail / railing of buildings and structures regarding to the reference surface. On the back of the plate, at least, one transversely oriented lever system with longitudinally oriented joints is provided. It includes a lever having one end pivotally connected with the root plate near the hinge of the plate interconnection and with the other end of the plate is pivotally connected with the shank end of the rack of the handrail with rigid orthogonal provision of both handrail racks. To the outer surface of the plates in the unfolded state of the ramp, parallel to each other and the outer surface of plates in folded ramp state, at least, one resilient member having one end connected with the lateral outer edge of the root plate and the possibility of compensation of the weight component resistance to users unfolding of the ramp is provided. There are a number of additional recommended sets of the distinguishing features.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the technical and operational characteristics of the ramp by reducing the resistance of its unfolding / folding, improving its ergonomics in terms of kinematics of the indicated processes, ensuring the possibility (without an accompanying assistant or other assistant) of individual use by active representatives of MGP.
