To this end, the basic components of a solar power plant construction are converging lenses; main waveguide; Reflected mirror plate to center the beam after changing direction; dispersive prism optical construction; a solar cell and infrared light receiver acting as a unitary structure of the solar power plant.

EFFECT: invention provides favorable temperature conditions, separating infrared light from the solar cells eliminates overheating, therefore the need for simulation of the cooling system is eliminated, and solar radiation concentrating allows to reduce the solar cell areas hugely and ensure the production of the maximum efficiency when converting solar power a thermal and electrical energy.
