FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: bumper contains a resilient element, formed as a package of series-connected blocks of disc resilient elements, interacting with the housing and pendulum suspension. The suspension is designed as a threaded rod with a spherical profile at one of its ends, and a threaded sleeve with a spherical profile connected with it. The spherical profiles of pendulum suspension interact with cone surfaces of the upper and lower plates. The housing is designed as a box frame with horizontal plates, connected to each other between struts. The damping sleeve is in the form of the mesh package with elastic sleeve in the central part. The vertical guide sleeve is inserted to the central opening of the elastic sleeve with the sliding fit. The elastic sleeve is rigidly connected to a central plate, separating the mesh package into two identical parts. The support rings are fastened in the central plate. The upper mesh elastic element, connected to the top lid of the mesh package, and the bottom - with a lower pressure package washer.
EFFECT: efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode increase.
