FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: damper consists of compression spring interacting with base of case and the pendulum suspension. The pendulum suspension is designed as a threaded rod, connected at one end to support arm, and the other - with the thrust washer and a nut. The nut is connected with the hub interacting with the upper end of the spring. The base consists of an upper and lower plates connected by vertical racks. The upper plate is fixed composite friction material and a mesh damper containing interacting elastic elements of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. The elastic bushing is located in the central part of the bag and is rigidly connected to the central plate. The plate divides the package into two identical parts: the upper and the lower elastic elements. The support rings are fastened on the central plate. The upper elastic element is connected to the top lid of the package, and the bottom - with the lower pressure washer of the package. In each elastic element the damper of dry abrasion made in form of an upper and lower sleeve is located. The sleeves are connected to the interference and form a friction pair. The elastic bushing is placed inside coaxially and with a clearance. The threaded stud is located inside the elastic bushing.
EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode and simplified design and assembly.
