FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: bumper contains a spring that interacts with the pendulum mechanism. The pendulum mechanism is made in the form of a threaded rod with nuts at the ends and support washers resting on the elastic elements. The upper elastic element is made of rubber and is located between the upper spring flange and the support washer. The lower one is elastic-damping in the form of a net damper and is located between the support washer and the plate on which the vibration-proof equipment is fixed. The mesh dampener contains elastic grid elements interacting with each other, made of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. Elastic bushing with central hole is located in the central part of the net package and is rigidly connected to the central plate. The plate divides the damping mesh bag into two identical parts. Support rings are fastened on the central plate. The upper and lower mesh elastic elements are respectively connected to the upper cover and the lower pressure washer of the pack.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of vibration insulation in the resonance mode and simplification of design and assembly.
