FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: nozzle for spraying liquids contains a hollow body with a nozzle and the central core. The body has the fluid feed channel and includes the rigidly coupled sleeve with nozzle fixed in its lower part. The nozzle is designed in the form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, the upper cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with the central cylindrical core, having the internal through central hole and installed with the ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The ring clearance is connected with radial channels, made in the two-step sleeve to communicate with circular cavity, formed by the sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. The ring cavity is connected with body channel for liquid supply. In the bottom part of the central cylindrical core the hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of spokes, fixed at one end to a swirler conical shell, in its upper part, and at the other end - in the ring groove, formed on the inner surface of the central cylindrical core. The screw thread is cut on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler.

EFFECT: fine liquid spraying efficiency increase.
