FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry, heat power engineering. This is achieved by the fact that in a pneumatic spray nozzle for liquids containing a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core, the body is provided with an air supply channel and comprises a coaxial bushing, rigidly connected to the body, with a nozzle fixed in its lower part, made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing, the upper cylindrical stage of which is connected by threaded connection to a central cylindrical core having a through inner central hole and installed with an annular gap with respect to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing, and the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage, the annular cavity being connected to the channel of the body for supplying pressure air, in the upper part the central cylindrical core is coaxially connected to the liquid supply tube, the diameter of the inner cavity of which is equal to the diameter of the through inner central hole, and in the lower part of the central cylindrical core a hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed with one end on the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part, and with the other end in a circumferential groove formed on the inner surface of the central cylindrical core, while a helical thread is made on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler.

EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
