FIELD: devices for spraying of liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Pneumatic injector for liquid spraying contains a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. Body is made with the air supply channel and contains coaxial, rigidly coupled with body bushing with a nozzle fixed at its lower part, made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing. Bushing upper cylindrical stage is connected to the central cylindrical core by means of threaded connection, having through internal central hole, and installed with annular clearance relative to cylindrical bushing inner surface. Annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-stage bushing, connecting it to the annular cavity, formed by bushing inner surface and upper cylindrical stage outer surface. Annular cavity is connected to the housing channel for supplying air under pressure. In the upper part the central cylindrical core is coaxially connected to the liquid tube supply, which internal cavity diameter is equal to the through internal central hole diameter. In the central cylindrical core lower part hollow cone swirler is attached, which cone shell is fixed by means of at least three spokes, fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part and by the other end is to the annular groove formed on the central cylindrical core inner surface. On the external surface of the hollow cone swirler a screw thread is cut.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is high efficiency of liquid atomization.
