SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive technology, biotechnology and medicine, namely to a method for producing 3-dimensional structures within polymerized material. Photoactivator irradiated using continuous source of deep-penetrating near IR-radiation, which initiates polymerization process by nonradiative resonance energy transfer from nanoparticles to photoinitiator, where the photoinitiator is a molecular complex comprising blue and UV-emitting anti-stokes luminescent upconverting nanoparticles NaYF4:Yb3+, Tm3+. The invention can be used for production of tissue-engineered structures, matrices for individual bioactive implants and artificial organs.
EFFECT: use of photoactivator instead of cytotoxic UV radiation to produce polymer compositions within cell culture systems.
