FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to pharmaceutics. Bioavailable composition in spray form for oral administration is described for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and/or sexual dysfunction induced by selective inhibitors of serotonin reuptake (SIOSR-induced). Specified composition contains sildenafil in the form of its free base or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, the pH of the composition ranges from 1.5 to 2.4. Also a method for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and/or SIOSR-induced sexual dysfunction is described.
EFFECT: invention provides increased bioavailability of the active substance.
