SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of devices, performing wireless transmission of signals, and can be used as measured values transmitters. Communication device includes conversion module, intended for conversion of kinetic energy, in particular, rotational movement energy into electric energy, power control module, connected to conversion module, intended for provision of electric power in accordance with predetermined boundary conditions on basis of electric energy, entered from conversion module, and transmission module, transmitting information. At that, modules are made as replaceable modules, made with possibility of their replacement with same or compatible form factor modules.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of application scope due to provision of modular structure.
