FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: curved-barrel disk revolver contains a casing (1) with a flat hollow handle (2) formed by the connection of its left and right parts and the following components installed in it: a barrel (3), a disk cylinder (4), a locking device, a mechanism of turning and fixation of the cylinder, a shot-producing device, a triggering element (5) included into the mechanism of turning and fixation of the cylinder and shot-producing device, a reloading device, and a safety device. The cylinder (4) has the horizontal transverse axis of rotation (6) located below the axis (7) of a barrel (3) channel (8). The cylinder (4) is performed with multiple through chambers (10) remoted from each other with the same angular spacing (α) with the possibility to load them manually and manual extraction of empty shells. Coaxiality (axis 11) of each of the chambers (10) to a bullet seat (12) of the barrel (3) channel (8) and a microgap (13) between cylindrical surface (radius R) of the cylinder (4) and the surface of the barrel (3) tenon (14) are provided in an action situation. The part of the said components of the revolver are located in the hollow area of the handle (2). The barrel (3) is performed curved in the longitudinal vertical plane. Moreover, it is performed with the straight-line front section (L1) from the muzzle face (9) oriented horizontally and the radially (r) curved rear section (L2) to the bullet seat (12) of the barrel (3) channel (8) oriented downwards and included into the hollow area of the handle (2) to the cylinder (4) with formation of the microgap (13). The chambers (10) in the cylinder (4) are located radially. The cylinder (4) is located entirely in the bottom part of the hollow area of the handle (2). The axis (6) of the cylinder rotation (4) is located at a distance (H) more than a magnitude of R from the line extending the axis of the front straight-line section (L1) of the barrel (3) and at the distance R from the barrel (3) tenon (14) on the straight in extension of the bullet seat axis (12) of its channel (8).
EFFECT: increasing of action performance of the weapon, firstly, increasing of a shot strength, better weapon balance, and extension of revolver diversity.
