FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons, namely, to curved disc revolvers. Curved disc revolver comprises body (1) with flat hollow handle (2) and barrel (3) installed therein, disc cylinder (4), locking device, pivoting and locking mechanisms for the cylinder, shot production device, trigger element (5) in the cylinder rotation mechanism and a shot production device, recharging device, safety device. Barrel (3) is curved in a longitudinal vertical plane. Powder magazines (10) in cylinder (4) are located radially. Cylinder (4) is located completely in the lower part of handle cavity (2). Axis (6) of cylinder rotation (4) is at distance (H) greater than R from the line in continuation of the axis of front straight section (L1) of barrel (3) and at a distance R from rear tenon (14) of barrel (3) along the straight line to the axis of bullet inlet (12) of its channel (8).
EFFECT: improved tactical-technical and operational characteristics of ammunition is achieved.
