FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: central lock for blocking sliding doors with flaps containing the flap carriages with stops, movably installed in the guiding beam with treadmills, made with the possibility of moving the carriages and flaps mounted on them, the blocking element of the carriages, the actuator and the pivoting means. The actuator is placed on the plate detachably fixed to the guiding beam from the side opposite the carriages and consists of a slider-pusher mounted with the possibility of sliding along the guiding beam within its free running equal to the clearance δ between the edge of the longitudinal groove made in its middle part, and the centering stand fixed by one butt to the plate and having at the other butt a widening made with the possibility to limit the lateral movement of the pusher-slider, in the middle of which the transverse cutout F is made opposite said longitudinal groove, coupled with the pivoting means carrier mounted on the plate. At each end of the slider-pusher on its open side, two recesses mated mutually by the G edge are made, one of which - the working recess L - has the ejecting surface mating with the edge G adjacent to the other recess - the settling recess N. The depth h1 of the edge G relative to the surface of the slider pusher is less than the depth h2 of the adjacent settling recesses N, which is less than the depth h3 of the working recess L. The settling recesses N of each end of the slider pusher are oriented towards one of these ends in accordance with the orientation of the pivoting means carrier in the off-position of the central locking, the depths difference H of the working recess L and the settling recess N is not less than the stroke X of each blocking element of the carriages to the position of fixing the carriage stop corresponding to it, and each blocking element of carriages is made in the form of a spring-loaded C-shaped grip facing with its open part towards the carriage and pivotally mounted on axis in a U-shaped support, the frontal plane detachably attached to said plate, perpendicularly to which longitudinal boards inserted in said slot are made on the free ends of the U-shaped support. The capturing axis is arranged in the openings made at the support ends and their boards. The opening in one end is made "dull".
EFFECT: design simplification, improving the reliability and safety due to the separate blocking of both carriages, stable fixation of the spring-loaded stop and the possibility to manually unlock.
