SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. The disclosed method includes determining the type of current user according to collected biological parameters. If the type of the current user is the type which requires reduction of radiation, the radiating terminal is controlled in a manner which reduces default radiation power, thereby solving the problem of high level of radiation caused by that the terminal in corresponding technologies uses default radiation power required to achieve an optimum signal.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce radiation power for certain types of current users.
