FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring of topic day temperature of skin of para-articular areas during while carrying out the first session of hyperbaric oxygenation is performed. Dynamics of behaviour of temperature curves is determined. If during the first session of hyperbaric oxygenation 0.2°C and higher increase of temperature of para-articular areas is identified, presence of efficiency of hyperbaric oxygenation is predicted. If temperature reduction is 0.2°C and more, further application of hyperbaric oxygenation is considered to be inefficient.

EFFECT: increased quality of course treatment with hyperbaric oxygen due to separation of group of patients with obviously positive effect of carrying out treatment with absence of invasive interferences.
