SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy and rehabilitation, can be used to increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment of patients suffering COVID-19. Drug therapy is carried out with glucocorticosteroids, low-molecular heparins and other drugs prescribed by the standard. Additionally, hypobaric oxygenation sessions are prescribed with isopression mode from 0.85 ata to 0.9 ata for 40–50 minutes, compression and decompression are performed smoothly for 10-25 minutes, session duration is from 60–75 minutes. Immediately after the hypobarium session, a hyperbaric oxygenation session is performed at an absolute pressure of 1.3–1.6 atmospheres absolute, the isopression period is from 40 to 80 minutes, exposure to the highest O2 pressure, smooth compression and decompression for 2–5 minutes; therapeutic course is 10 sessions.

EFFECT: method provides fast stabilization of the condition, reduced level of inflammation markers, elimination of cough, shortness of breath, reduced intensity of anxiety and depression, asthenisation, improved cognitive functions.
