FIELD: medicine; cosmetology; dermatology; plastic surgery.

SUBSTANCE: skin lines are determined by palpation method, marking is performed, and intradermal CURACEN implant 4 ml is injected into found points of intersection of power lines. Procedure is performed three times with gap of 7–10 days. On 20–25th day after the beginning of the treatment, the power lines are again marked and under the point of their intersection with using a cannula, a filler is introduced, which is represented by hydroxyapatite of calcium or reticulated hyaluronic acid.

EFFECT: method is highly effective, enables correcting all areas of face and neck and at the same time takes into account available individual age changes in corrected areas, allows long-term preservation of the achieved result, safer procedures, better aesthetic effect, preserves naturalness during correction and reduces total amount of filler used during implantation.
