METHOD FOR PREDICTING INFRINGEMENTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THERAPY FOR FURTHER CORRECTION OF PATIENTS WITH SCIZOPHRENIA Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B5/16

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be used for prediction of compliance with therapy for further correction of patients with schizophrenia. Factors of risk of premorbid period are used, namely: belonging to make sex; presence of psychic disorders in more than one relative; excitable type of personality; "hypoprotection"-type upbringing in family; education: auxiliary school, incomplete secondary education or complete higher education; professional group: non-working and non-studying; marital status: divorced, widow(er); family composition: single; abuse with psychoactive substances; age group above 50. Each answer about presence/absence of risk factor in patient is estimated in points. After that, depending on obtained sum of points infringements in compliance with therapy are predicted.

EFFECT: invented method makes it possible to realise prediction of infringements in compliance with therapy in patients with schizophrenia for further correction for improvement and positive effect of the therapy itself due to estimation of risk factors.
