SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and is intended for the treatment of subclinical mastitis in cows in dry period. Mastitis is diagnosed in the dry period by determining the density of the clot formed when mixing the mammary secretion and 5% mastidine solution, and 0.8-1.2 probiotic based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens bacteria is administered as a single dose intramammary to the affected parts of the udder, dissolved at a dose of 0.3 -0.35 g, at 1.3-1.9 at a dose of 0.5-0.55 g.
EFFECT: invention for highly effective treatment of mastitis in cows in dry period, through the use of probiotic Vetom-3 based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens of RNCIM B-10642 (DSM 24614).
