FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises the use of ultrasonic cavitation acoustic method, creation of directed hydrodynamic liquid flow of high energy to the filter and near-filter area from colmatage sediments by moving acoustic transmitter over the filter axis. The device is positioned inside the well screen and comprises lifting equipment, rigidly fixed to the bottom of the submersible pump, connected to the acoustic transmitter of liquid pressure ultrasonic vibrations and a remote control for transmitter movement. The reciprocating movement (scanning) of an acoustic transmitter along the axis of the well screen is carried out both in manual and in automatic mode in accordance with the given program. A method of cleaning and device operation comprises simultaneous cleaning liquid supply to the near-filter area of the well to create a directed hydrodynamic cavitation fluid flow by the acoustic transmitter through the strainer to the subterranean formation.
EFFECT: regular cleaning of the bear-filter area without disassembling water-lifting equipment, maintaining well productivity before the planned preventive repair and technical service, reducing financial and time costs for decolmatation of the filter and gravel package.
