FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used on liquefied gas transportation floating plants. Disclosed is one embodiment of heat exchanger containing: (a) inner volume limited by heat exchanger housing limits; (b) plurality of spaced heat exchange elements arranged in said heat exchanger housing inner volume, and (c) fluid medium oscillations dampers arranged within inner volume to isolate plurality of spaced heat exchange elements, in which each heat exchange element is partially immersed into liquid fluid medium in shell side, in which fluid medium oscillations dampers allow liquid fluid medium limited distribution in shell side between each heat exchange element, in fluid medium oscillations dampers can withstand cryogenic temperatures, in which fluid medium oscillations dampers can resist and deflect liquid medium flow in shell side between each heat exchange element.
EFFECT: disclosed are devices and methods of fluid medium oscillations suppression in cabinet heat exchanger with internal heat-exchange elements.
