FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, namely to producing catalysts, specifically heterogeneous polymer-supported cobalt phthalocyanine based catalysts, which may be used in chemical and petrochemical industry for removal of sulphur compounds from waste water, raw hydrocarbons and petroleum products, as well as in rubber industry. The heterogeneous catalyst for oxidation of sulphur compounds is comprising a solid polymer support and the attached by 1,4-dibromobutane spacer 3,6,3',6',3",6",3'",6'"-octahydrooxyphtalocyanine cobalt; according to the claim, a hydrophobic teflon membrane filter is used as the solid polymer support, wherein the said filter is treated with isopropyl alcohol, at a ratio of, wt %: 3,6,3',6',3",6",3'",6'"-octahydrooxyphtalocyanine cobalt- 0.35-0.61; 1,4-dibromobutane - 0.35-0.61; hydrophobic teflon membrane filter - the rest.
EFFECT: heterogeneous catalyst with higher catalytic activity, capacity and cycle life.
