FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint preparation devices. The installation for paint preparation comprises a rotating drum, a drive, a loading device, and an unloading device. The drum is designed as a cylinder mounted obliquely relative to the horizontal axis, with the flat butt walls of elliptical shape, parallel to each other, placed perpendicularly or obliquely at an angle to the horizontal drum rotation axis, to ensure the preservation of parallelism to each other, wherein the major axes of the ellipses of the butt walls are turned relative to each other at an angle ensuring the simultaneous oscillation impact on the paint components in three mutually perpendicular directions. The drum is fixed on a platform mounted by rubber-cord pneumocylinders on the frame. Over the entire length of the drum, a barrel-shaped spring with the circular section of coils is fixed, which is provided with the device for changing the coils pitch by its stretching or compressing.

EFFECT: invention provides the manufacturing simplification, increased performance and the expansion of technological capabilities.
