FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of mortar and concrete mixtures. In a continuous mixer, comprising an elastically mounted hollow body on the base, a loading and unloading device, body is made in the form of a cylinder inclined at an acute angle α relative to the horizontal axis of the body with flat end walls of elliptical shape parallel to each other, placed perpendicularly or inclined at an acute angle β relative to the horizontal axis of rotation of the body, but with parallelism to each other, while the large axes of the ellipses of the end walls are rotated relative to each other by an acute angle ω, as well as for ensuring simultaneous action of vibrations on the components of concrete or mortar and gauging water in three mutually perpendicular directions, the body is fixed to a platform mounted by means of rubber-cord airbags on the base, and along the entire length inside the body there is a fixed spring of undulating shape with a flat section of turns which is equipped with a device for changing the pitch of the turns by stretching or compressing it, wherein the pipeline for supplying gauging water to the concrete mixer body is mounted on the unloading side by 2/3 of the body length.
EFFECT: increased intensity of interaction of the components of solutions or concrete mixtures and increased productivity.
