FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry. Device includes a housing, coupling, by means of which it is connected with tubing, wedge with at least one groove, hydraulic cylinders, at least one working member with jet tunnel placed in groove of support and wedge with possibility of displacement in groove of wedge along it, second hydraulic cylinder placed above first hydraulic cylinder, wedge is installed above piston of second hydraulic cylinder, whereon is mounted a support of working member, piston underside cavities of both hydraulic cylinders are linked by tubes with jet tunnel of working member and above-wedge cavity for feeding working fluid, filter, installed inside coupling cavity and separating inner tubular space from above-wedge cavity. Filter housing is H-shaped. Middle part of filter housing is directed vertically, and outer diameter of horizontal sections of housing corresponds to diameter of inner cavity of coupling. Inner cavity of filter housing converges downward and is linked in lower part with overflow channel, providing communication of inner tube space of tubing to annular space. Below filter in filter housing there is a channel, passing through lateral surface of coupling and connecting inner cavity of filter housing with annular space. Above filter inside coupling there is a tightly arranged piston-blade, resting on blind end of at least one U-shaped bushing, installed horizontally in through hole in side surface of coupling. Blind end of U-shaped sleeve faces longitudinal axis of device and is a section of inner wall of coupling, extending to axis of device to form a protrusion stage, supporting piston-blade. Piston-blade is hollow, While its inner surface is cone-shaped, tapering downwards towards filter.

EFFECT: higher speed of lowering device in well and lifting device from well, preventing environmental pollution during operation of device.
