FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry. Device for creating perforation channels in well includes housing (2) formed by wall of hydraulic cylinder with holes (18) for outlet of cutters, wedge, in which slots are made with installed in them slides (5) with cutter holders (12), which are movable in slots and equipped with cutters (13) with hydraulic monitors (14), channels for supply of working liquid to hydraulic monitors, piston and support of slides. Hydraulic monitors (14) of the cutters are made at an angle to their side surfaces and directed in different directions. Wedge has the possibility of axial movement in the body and is made in the form of piston-pusher (4), made with cavity (15), which combines channels (17) for supply of working fluid. In the wedge cavity additional piston-valve (3) is installed along its axis, which is fixed by means of pin (11). Coupling (1) is installed in the housing on one side to connect the housing to the tubing string, and on the other side of the housing there is a slide support made in the form of annular stop (6) and installed behind holes (18) for exit of cutters.

EFFECT: simplified design of the device at simultaneous provision of possibility of implementation of several technological operations for treatment of wells in one round-trip operation, reduced time for well treatment.
