Portable device put on user for measuring electrical conductivity of skin comprises two electrodes of electric conductivity of skin for contact with user's skin and section of elastic material, which encloses electrodes and forms surface of material and does not transmit gaseous and liquid substances. Method of making portable device put on user for measuring electrical conductivity of skin consists in providing two electrodes of electric conductivity of skin for contact with user's skin and forming section of elastic material, surrounding electrodes and forming surface of material, which does not transmit gaseous and liquid substances.

EFFECT: achieving improved measurement of electroconductivity for users with diverse skin and under different environmental conditions due to stable microclimate near electrodes, provided by airproof and waterproof elastic material by forming one user of sweat glands liquid film between user's skin and electrodes owing to that loss of fluid medium due to repeated absorption in skin and evaporation of fluid medium into external medium are less than formation of fluid medium by sweat glands.
