FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a wearable device, a system and a method for determining at least one blood parameter of a user. Sets of characteristics of the molecular structure of blood are extracted using at least one photoplethysmographic (PPG) sensor and the cell structure of blood using a bioimpedance (BIA) sensor. Thereafter, a set of characteristics of the blood structure is formed, which determine the state of the blood of the user, and determining the values of at least one blood parameter of the user based on the obtained set of characteristics of the molecular and cellular structure of blood and information from the pre-compiled database.
EFFECT: invention provides non-invasive instant or continuous monitoring of various blood parameters, such as concentration of haemoglobin (cHb), total weight of haemoglobin (tHb), haematocrit (HCT), total erythrocyte volume (tEV), plasma volume (PV) including at edge values of controlled parameters.
