SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a new antihypoxic complex compound of 5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil with ascorbic acid of formula
and a method for producing thereof by dissolution of 5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil and ascorbic acid in distilled water at a molar ratio of 1:10, stirring the reaction mix at 60-70°C for 2-3 hours, solvent removal and isolation of the target product.
EFFECT: new complex compound with enhanced antihypoxic effect.
