FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive surgery, traumatology and orthopaedics. Method includes performance of chevron intercondylar osteotomy from phalanx neck from unaffected side, bringing phalanx condyle down on angle, specified by chevron osteotomy. Congruency of articular surfaces is restored. Brought down condyle is fixed extra-articularly with wire. Z-shaped plasty of capsule of interphalangeal joint and temporary decompression of interphalangeal joint by means of Ilizarov mini-CDA are realised.
EFFECT: method restores functionality and aesthetic shape of finger.
