SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and may be applicable to osteoarthroplasty of the impression polyfocal fracture of the peripheral part of the tibial plateau. L-shaped external or L-shaped internal access to the knee joint is performed, subterminal arthrotom is performed, partial resection of the peripheral impression region of the fracture of the condyle is performed, then tricortical spongy autograft of the required size is taken from the crest of the iliac wing, autograft is inserted into the formed resectional defect in such a way as to restore the correct anatomy of the tibial plateau taking into account the hypercorrection of positioning in 2 mm, the graft is fixed with 2–3 Kirschner wires passed parallel to each other into a healthy condyle, the wire are bent and cut off, L-shaped supporting LC-DCP plate is placed and fixed to the bone under the graft area, the final radiographic check is performed, the wound is closed layer-by-layer.

EFFECT: method allows to create favorable conditions for restoration of movements in the knee joint in the early postoperative period.
