SUBSTANCE: method includes mobilization and correction of inclined condyle; isolation from joint ensured by performance of osteotomy close to sagittal plane along middle axis and osteotomy line remained covered by fibrous formations of crusiate ligaments; performance of horizontal osteotomy up to intersection with sagittal plane or further to edge of intact condyle, and lifting of mobilized condyle up to sought correction, and fixing it by wires or rods secured in apparatus for perosseous osteosynthesis; restoration of biomechanical axis of extremity by single-step or in the course of distortion to preserve sinovial membrane and tension of collateral ligaments.
