FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic safety valvecomprises a casing with channels for the supply of working medium, a spring-loaded stem able of axial displacement and installed inside the said casing. One stem end is able to provide a mechanical interaction with the stop valves actuating device, mainly with the gate, and a hydraulic cylinder made with the ability of axial movement together with the stem is mounted on the other stem end. A fixed piston attached by one end to the hydraulic drive casing and made as a profiled cylinder, mainly as a hollow one is installed inside the said hydraulic cylinder. The channels for the supply of operating medium are connected to the cavity between the movable hydraulic cylinder and the fixed piston.

EFFECT: simpler design of hydraulic drive and safety valve as a whole, ensuring the autonomy of its work, improving the mass-dimensional characteristics and higher operating reliability.
