FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: regulated guide vanes of axial compressor of turbine machine comprises two-support rotating vanes between an external housing and an internal detachable ring, and fluoroplastic inserts. Internal cylindrical trunnions of the rotating vanes are installed in response radial openings of the internal detachable ring fixed relatively them. Fluoroplastic inserts are installed over outside diameter of the internal cylindrical trunnion of each two-support rotating vane. Between the fluoroplastic insert and internal surface of the internal detachable ring formed by radial opening an outside and internal inserts are installed inserted one into another. The outside surface of the internal insert is made convex, spherical. Part of the internal surface of the outside insert at side of the longitudinal axis of the regulated guide vanes of the axial compressor of the turbine machine is made as concave hemisphere. Part of internal surface of the outside insert at side of the two-support rotating vanes is made cylindrical.
EFFECT: invention increases wear resistance of the fluoroplastic insert, and hence increases service life and reliability of the connecting assembly of each rotating vane with internal ring and regulated guide vanes.
