FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: adjustable guide device of an axial compressor of a turbomachine is comprising doubly rotary blade 1 with internal pins 4, placed between the outer shell 2 and a detachable ring 3 and the PTFE sleeve 6, each of which is in contact with the surface of the inner spigot four rotary blades and return radial opening split ring 3. The wetted surfaces of the inner pins 4 and PTFE bushings 6 are spherical. Each sleeve 6 has the slits 7. Depending on the material and thickness of the slits 7 bushing depth is not more than 2/3 of the length of the sleeve, and the number of slots is at least two.
EFFECT: invention improves the wear resistance of PTFE sleeve and reduce the wear of the lower trunnion rotary blades.
