Wherein in clinically intact periodontium, the radiation time is 7 minutes per area of one jaw, the course of treatment includes 1 procedure. In chronic gingivitis, the radiation time is 7 minutes per area of one jaw, the course of treatment includes 2 procedures with an interval of 6 days. In chronic mild periodontitis, the radiation time is 15 minutes per one jaw, the course of treatment includes 3 procedures with an interval of 4 days.

EFFECT: invention provides the increased therapeutic and prophylactic effect due to the simultaneous treatment of all periodontal sextants of the upper and lower jaws and longer remission period.
