SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal care means, in particular, to hair cutting devices. Hair cutting device includes a cutter unit, a skin stretcher and slit adapting means. Cutter unit comprises a skin-contact surface, a front surface and a laser beam exit window. Laser beam cuts off hair near skin surface in front of front surface. Skin stretcher is positioned in front of cutter unit. Skin stretcher comprises a stretcher surface for dragging over skin surface together with skin-contact surface. Skin dome is formed by skin surface in a slit between skin stretcher and cutter unit.

EFFECT: slit adapting means are provided for adapting shape of skin dome.
