SUBSTANCE: system comprises a pulsed laser, an output optical system, a photodetector, a single axis scanning device, an optical lens of the photodetector, a computing device, an array of photodetectors comprising K photodetectors, and a fiber-optic bundle containing K fibers, that, on the one side, are pointed with their ends to the respective photodetectors of the photodetector array, and, on the other side, are mounted in the single line of K fibers, the ends of which are pointed to the output of the photodetector optical lens and located in its focal plane. The photodetector output of the laser pulse emission recording is connected to the synchronization input of the computing device. The laser synchronization input is connected to the synchronization output of the computing device, and the outputs of K photodetectors are connected to the measuring inputs of the computing device range. The system is characterized in that the output optical system of the transmitting channel includes optics forming an astigmatic laser beam with the ratio of the angular divergences in the orthogonal coordinates ϕx:ϕy=1:K, wherein the larger divergence ϕy corresponds to the coordinate parallel to the rotation axis of the single-axis scanning device and the single line orientation of K fibers in the focal plane of the photodetector optical lens, the smaller divergence ϕx corresponds to the angular size of the system resolution element, and the fiber diameter in bundle d and the focal distance of F lens are selected from the condition d/F=ϕx.
EFFECT: reducing review time, reducing the dimension-and-weight characteristics, increasing reliability and informativeness of the laser radar.
