FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: complex treatment, including daily intravenous introduction of berlition and blockade of second and third branches of trigeminal nerve, alternated day after day with intramuscular introduction of milgamma. Blockade is performed into the area of suborbital and mandibular foramen. L-lysine aescinat preparation, which is introduced to patient one time per day intravenously by drop infusion in dose 10 mg in 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, is additionally included into the treatment course from the first day.
EFFECT: reduction of treatment terms and increase of remission duration with reduction of side effects.
