FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in neurology, neurostomatology, maxillofacial surgery for treatment of patients with trifacial neuralgia. Method involves oral intake of glycerol in the morning in the dose 0.5 g per 1 kg of patient weight. Then kenalog (40 mg), vitamin B12 (500 mg) and lidocaine (4 ml of 2% solution) is administrated in a single syringe to demyelinization focus in the second and the third branch of trigeminal nerve in region of round and oval holes. Then berlithion is administrated intravenously in the dose 300 mg, 2 times per 24 h with interval for 10-12 h. On the next day milgamma is administrated intramuscularly in the dose 2.0 ml and by alternating with blockades in every other day in further. Treatment course is 3-5 blockades. Method enhances effectiveness of treatment by reducing neurovascular conflict and activation of remyelinization process. EFFECT: improved treatment method. 1 ex
