SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for uneven transfer of the capsules used in the tobacco industry products made in the form of rods, in particular in cigarette filters. The device for uneven capsules stream transfer (2) in tobacco machines from receiving pockets (18) into outlet pockets (21) through the guide grooves disposed on the guide plates, comprising: the first (5) and the second (6) guide plates arranged one above the other, wherein the guide groove (5A) of the first guide plate (5) and the guide groove (6A) of the second guide plate (6) are intersected, forming at least one radially movable chamber guiding the capsules (2), wherein at least one of the two said guide plates (5, 6) is mounted movably, while the receiving pockets (18) and the outlet pockets (21) are arranged along the peripheral circle of the first and the second guide plates (5, 6), so that the angular distances (S1, S2) between the successive receiving pockets (18) and the angular distances (T1,T2) between the successive outlet pockets (21) are sequentially alternating.

EFFECT: invention enables to design a device, feeding the capsule stream, wherein the stream of capsules in the form of a group of individual capsule streams, distributed along the first arc with the first radius, is transformed into an arcuate flow of separate capsules along the second arc with the second radius.
