FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and intended for treating a subject with final stage of liver disease (MELD). Using a composition containing a combination of tocotrienols. Composition includes d-α-tocotrienol -approximately 29.56; d-β-tocotrienol – approximately 3.90; d-γ-tocotrienol – approximately 54.20; and d-δ-tocotrienol – approximately 12.34 wt% of total weight tocotrienols.
EFFECT: method allows to increase concentration of tocotrienols in tissues and provide higher clinical effectiveness.
