SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to therapy and coagulology, and relates to the weakening of disorders of blood coagulation. For this purpose a pharmaceutical composition is administrated, comprising an effective amount of alpha-tocotrienol isoform of natural vitamin E in amount sufficient to reduce platelet aggregation mediated by arachidonic acid.
EFFECT: this ensures reducing a risk of thrombosis in patients with pathologically increased aggregation activity of platelets, including those who are contraindicated to therapy with other antiplatelet agents, particularly by aspirin.
