FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic unit contains a hydraulic tank of supporting structure, two immersed pumps, which are mounted on the top plate, the switching system and technologically interconnected the working reagent control system, containing the pressure and level sensors, heat exchanger, cleaning filters with dirt sensors, drain system, at that, the internal space of the hydraulic tank is hermetically divided by longitudinal partition into two sections, where the transverse partitions are fixed vertically with a gap to the bottom, inclined towards the drain, and the control system has the integral sensor of the water content in the working reagent, and the inlet nozzles are located in the upper part of the sections on the end wall of the hydraulic tank opposite from the immersed pumps and in the bottom there are working reagent discharge nozzles, and the intake manifold with switching device, receiving the working reagent from the pump bearing unit, is mounted between them, two removable hatches are mounted on the top plate of the hydraulic tank, and the control system is equipped with the bypass line, bypassing the heat exchanger.
