SUBSTANCE: semiconductor device is a single-phase two-winding speed control of an asynchronous motor with pronounced DC link refers to a controlled semiconductor converters for single-phase two-winding induction motor and can be used for modulating the motor speed. Two single- phased autonomous inverter frequency converter connected to the mains DC. Each of the single-phase autonomous inverters, frequency converters are made on two pairs of semiconductor switches. By midpoints of serially connected semiconductor switches in each transmitter-frequency inverter connected to the stator windings. The emitters of a pair of two semiconductor switches each single-phase autonomous inverter-inverter, which is used as the n-p-n transistors, combined and connected to negative supply DC. The collectors of the two semiconductor switches, which are used as the n-p-n transistors are connected to a midpoint of serially connected semiconductor switches, and to the stator winding. As two semiconductor switches of other pairs of each single phase autonomous inverter-converter frequency used thyristor with oppositely switched diodes, wherein in each of these semiconductor switches thyristor anode and the cathode of the diode are combined and connected to the positive supply DC and the thyristor cathode and anode of the diode are combined and connected to a midpoint of serially connected semiconductor switches, and to the stator winding.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the device and, accordingly, a two-winding single-phase induction motor, it is possible to use a small amount of control power sources for the transistors at a low cost device and electric power consumption is reduced to maintain the open state of the transistors.
